A national, full‑service Australian law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Sydney Property team. The role offers broad, hands‑on property experience across acquisitions, disposals, off‑the‑plan developments, leasing (landlord and national tenants), joint ventures, large‑scale development matters, strata work and property finance.

You will work closely with an established, multidisciplinary property group and receive structured mentoring and career development from senior lawyers. The team is collaborative and busy, providing exposure to significant institutional, developer and government clients while allowing autonomous file responsibility.

Minimum 3 years PQE in property law
Strong working knowledge of NSW property legislation and processes
Experience managing files end‑to‑end with minimal supervision
Practical experience with PEXA and conveyancing workflows
Commercial, solutions‑focused approach and strong teamwork skills
Lease and strata dispute experience welcomed but not required
