Join a national Property & Liability team within a market-leading global insurance practice. The team advises London market insurers, MGAs and corporate clients on a broad mix of property damage and liability matters, including subsidence, construction-related disputes and public liability claims.

The role is open to qualified solicitors (1–4 PQE) to be based across Manchester, Birmingham or Liverpool. You will handle a varied caseload of general property damage, construction and rail liability matters, coverage issues (including CAR and latent defect matters), and subrogated recovery work.

Work is collaborative and cross-office, with exposure to high-value and technically complex claims and opportunities to develop sector expertise and progress your career within a specialist insurance team.

Qualified solicitor with circa 1–4 PQE in insurance or related litigation.
Experience or strong interest in property damage, construction, subsidence or public liability claims.
Knowledge of insurance coverage issues (e.g. CAR, latent defect) and subrogation desirable.
Excellent drafting, analytical, case-management and client-facing skills; able to manage a mixed caseload and meet deadlines.
