A well‑respected regional law firm is recruiting an Associate to join its Property Litigation team. The role offers exposure to the full spectrum of real property disputes, including lease renewals, rent recovery, service charge and dilapidations claims, possession and forfeiture, enfranchisement, easements and restrictive covenants, land registration issues and related court, tribunal and alternative dispute resolution work.

The position can be based in the Bristol office (with cross‑office work across nearby locations). The team acts for developers, investors, landowners, public bodies and private clients and works closely with transactional real estate colleagues. The firm promotes flexible working, strong training and clear progression for ambitious lawyers.

This is a hands‑on role that will suit a commercially minded litigator who enjoys client contact, court work and mentoring junior fee‑earners.

Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in contentious property / real estate litigation
Experience of commercial and residential property disputes (court, tribunals and ADR)
Strong academics and background from a reputable city, national or top regional practice
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and written advocacy skills; comfortable under pressure
Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and supervising junior colleagues
