A growing property team in Newcastle is seeking an Associate to work on major regional projects and varied commercial real estate matters. You will join a mixed-experience team and contribute to transactions for institutional and private clients across acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work.

Typical matters include leasing, subdivisions and strata, mixed‑use and staged developments, commercial and industrial transactions, and contract work. The role offers regular client contact and exposure to complex regional projects.

Minimum 2+ years' post‑admission property/real estate experience at a reputable firm
Experience across acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters
