We are seeking an Associate to join a well-regarded law firm’s public construction and real estate project development practice in Berlin. The role focuses on public construction law and related fields, advising both private-sector developers and public authorities on complex planning, permitting and regulatory matters.

Your work will span public building and ancillary law (including environmental aspects), economic administrative law, constitutional and EU law. You will coordinate with planners, experts and decision-makers and support multi‑disciplinary project teams on large planning and approval procedures.

Qualified lawyer with excellent academic results
Open to Berufsanfänger (career starters) or candidates with experience in public law and project development
Practical exposure to public law/project development via studies, Referendariat, internships or prior legal work is an advantage
Fluent German in speaking and writing; very good English advantageous
Ability to work independently, manage client contact and collaborate across teams
