International full-service law firm seeks a Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) to join its Berlin public economic law team. The group advises on large projects and transactions with state involvement and regulated sectors such as infrastructure, defence, health, telecoms, energy and transport.

Work includes mandates on public procurement, state aid, EU law, constitutional and administrative law, regulatory matters and public–private partnership projects. The role offers client-facing advisory and litigatory work on transactions, restructurings and regulatory compliance.

Qualified German attorney (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin)
Approximately 1 year post-qualification experience in Öffentliches Wirtschaftsrecht, Beihilfe- or Vergaberecht or related EU/regulatory work
Solid grounding in EU law, constitutional/administrative law and public procurement
Excellent academic results and strong analytical skills
Fluent German and very good English; international experience advantageous
