Associate — Public Law Litigation, Sydney

Senior associate-level opportunity within a national dispute resolution team, focused on administrative and public law litigation. You will work on judicial review, administrative law and related complex litigation for public sector clients, with opportunities for courtroom advocacy across courts and tribunals in NSW.

• 2–5 years post-admission experience in administrative/public law and litigation
• Experience advising Commonwealth and/or NSW government agencies or similar public-sector clients
• Proven drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills; comfortable running matters and courtroom appearances
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy practice
