We are seeking an associate to join a major German practice team advising on public procurement, administrative law and construction matters. The role involves advising on contract drafting and negotiation, project‑related counseling for large construction and infrastructure matters, and dispute work including court litigation, arbitration and adjudication.

Candidates will work closely with project teams across construction, engineering and real estate clients, take early client responsibility and support development of LegalTech and contract‑management tools. The position offers structured professional development and flexible working arrangements.

Both German state examinations (Staatsexamen) completed, preferably with Prädikat or equivalent
0–3 years’ post‑qualification experience; junior associates and recent entrants welcome
Interest or experience in construction/architects law, familiarity with VOB/B, HOAI and FIDIC desirable
Practical litigation or dispute resolution experience (court, arbitration, adjudication) and strong drafting/negotiation skills
Excellent German (working language) and strong stakeholder management / team collaboration aptitude
