International law firm is hiring Employment lawyers to join its Germany employment team, with opportunities across Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Munich. The role involves advising on complex employment aspects of reorganisations, M&A and cross-border projects as well as advising on collective labour law and pension matters.

Typical matters include transactional employment advice for corporate restructurings and M&A, collective bargaining and works-council/SE issues, occupational pension schemes, employment compliance, executive and board-level matters, compensation design in regulated sectors, and representation in labour litigation.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) with proven experience in employment law
Experience advising on collective labour law, company-level co-determination, and works-council/SE matters
Practical experience on employment aspects of M&A, reorganisations and pension arrangements
Comfortable with contentious work before labour courts and with advising on executive/board issues
Excellent academic record and very good written and spoken English
