Associate — Public Sector / Administrative Law, Frankfurt

Join a well-regarded German practice advising public-sector clients, private organisations and institutions on administrative law and administrative litigation. You will work on complex matters in administrative courts and advise on public funding and EU state-aid issues.

The role involves taking responsibility for client mandates, supporting strategic mandate development, conducting court proceedings before administrative courts, and providing day-to-day advice on funding law. You will have direct client contact and room to develop practice ideas while receiving structured professional support.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany (second state exam or equivalent)
• Practical experience or strong academic background in administrative law/Verwaltungsrecht and administrative court proceedings
• Knowledge of public funding and EU state-aid law is highly desirable
• Excellent drafting, oral advocacy and client-facing skills; fluent German required
