Mid-to-senior level associate opportunity in a busy Real Estate Capital Markets group based in New York. The role focuses on commercial real estate financing and structured debt matters, representing lenders on mortgage origination, restructurings and workouts, and related commercial real estate transactions.

The team handles a broad mix of financings and collateralized transactions; the successful candidate will work on complex loan documents, due diligence, and closings alongside senior deal attorneys.

Mid- to senior-level associate with transactional real estate finance experience
Demonstrated experience representing lenders on mortgage origination, structured debt, and loan workouts
Experience with purchases/sales of commercial property and related transactional work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; able to manage deal workflow and client communication
Active New York bar admission preferred
