Growing national real estate practice seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Chicago office. The role offers significant transactional responsibility across commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, and development work.

You'll work on client-facing transactions with cross-office teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The group emphasizes mentoring and professional development to build both technical legal skills and business-oriented client service capabilities.

3–5 years' experience in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions/dispositions, financings, development)
Strong drafting and writing skills; excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to manage transactional responsibilities and a substantial workload in a team setting
Big-firm transactional experience preferred
Admission to the Illinois Bar preferred
