Top-tier global law firm seeks a Real Estate associate to join a high‑performing Corporate/Real Estate team in New York. The group handles complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate matters for investors, developers, REITs, financial institutions and private equity clients.

The role involves working on joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate M&A, and a range of financing matters (construction, mortgage, mezzanine, securitization and portfolio financings). Associates will collaborate with deal teams across U.S. offices and internationally.

Successful candidates will be commercially minded, able to draft and negotiate transactional documents, manage multiple matters and contribute across disciplines within the firm.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in complex real estate transactions
Experience with joint ventures, development, acquisitions/dispositions, real estate M&A and financings
Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills; ability to work on cross‑border/multi‑office teams
Familiarity with REIT matters and institutional investor transactions preferred
