National real estate practice seeks an associate in the Atlanta office to work on multifamily housing finance and construction-to-permanent lending. The role focuses on lender-side representation across financing matters for multifamily borrowers and projects.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating title/survey and closing checklists with paralegals, and communicating with lenders, borrowers and outside counsel. Affordable housing and tax-exempt bond transaction experience is a plus.

1–4 years' experience in real estate finance (lender-side experience preferred)
Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents for construction and permanent financing
Familiarity with title/survey review, closing checklists and coordination with support staff
Strong client-facing and inter-firm communication skills
Experience with affordable housing and bond transactions is advantageous
