3–8 years' law firm experience in real estate finance or lending transactions
Experience on sophisticated real estate lending matters; exposure to balance-sheet bank lending preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with demonstrated client-facing experience
Superior academic credentials and ability to work collaboratively on a nationwide team
Willingness/ability to be based in one of the firm’s major U.S. offices (San Francisco among options)
