The role offers hands-on responsibility across drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, managing transaction workstreams (conditions precedent, timelines and closings) and supporting cross-sector infrastructure financings such as renewables, energy storage, rail, EV platforms and data centres.

Experience in real estate finance, banking & finance or infrastructure finance.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; able to manage competing deadlines.
