An established global real estate team is seeking a transactional Real Estate Associate to join its London office. The role focuses on commercial real estate work across acquisitions and disposals, asset and portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, and leasing.

You will work on UK domestic transactions and support international clients, collaborating with colleagues across finance, corporate, tax, construction and planning. The team offers a client-focused, high-volume practice serving sophisticated commercial clients.

2–4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
Practical experience with leasing, asset/portfolio management and investment disposals/acquisitions
Drafting and negotiating sale/purchase agreements, leases, licences and related real estate documents
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary project teams and supporting international matters
Strong written and oral communication, commercial awareness and client service skills
