Well-regarded Madrid practice is hiring an associate to join its Real Estate & Urban Planning team. The role involves advising on a mix of commercial real estate transactions, land use and urbanism matters, and related regulatory issues for corporate and institutional clients.

The team works across transactional mandates and regulatory/permits matters; the role will suit a candidate who can manage deals, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and handle client-facing responsibilities in Spanish and English as needed.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Spain (or equivalent), with relevant real estate/urbanism experience
Experience on commercial property transactions, land-use/urban planning or related regulatory work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing client relationships
Fluent Spanish; professional English for legal work
