Experienced real estate associate opportunity in a major U.S. office of an international law firm. The team advises developers, owners, institutional investors, corporates and lenders on a wide range of domestic and cross-border real estate transactions and financings.

The role involves drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture and development agreements, and real estate finance documentation; conducting and coordinating diligence (lease, title, survey); and supporting related M&A, private equity, fund and debt-finance matters. You will work on multiple matters concurrently and should be able to manage competing deadlines while delivering clear, commercial advice.

The team is collaborative and handles diverse asset classes (commercial, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, data centers, mixed-use, etc.), so adaptability and a proactive approach are essential.

Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent; admitted to the bar in the city of application
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate practice at a large law firm
Experience representing borrowers and lenders on real estate financings and working across multiple asset classes
Proven experience conducting diligence (lease, title, survey) and drafting diligence reports
Strong drafting, oral communication, time-management skills; ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines
