Join a large, well-regarded German commercial law firm’s Düsseldorf office as an associate in the real estate team, focusing on private construction and architects' law. You will advise on all project phases of complex real-estate developments, from planning and construction to sale and operation, including contract drafting, claims management and (out-of-)court representation.

Typical matters include baubegleitende Rechtsberatung, due diligence work, and contract negotiation for public-sector and private clients across sectors such as research, specialised property and renewable-energy plant construction. You will work closely with specialists in public law, procurement, real-estate finance, tax and corporate law on cross-disciplinary mandates.
