Full-time associate role in the real estate team advising on private construction and architects' law across complex development projects. You will advise on contractual drafting and negotiation, construction-phase legal support, due diligence and (out-of-)court work including claim and anti-claim management.

The role involves end-to-end project support — from planning and construction to sale and operation (property/asset management) — and frequent collaboration with public-sector and private clients. You will work closely with specialists in public law, procurement, transactions, finance, corporate and tax, and energy law.

From day one you will have direct client contact and take on substantive responsibility for mandates, with structured training and clear development paths provided.

German legal qualifications (both state examinations) completed
At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in real estate law or private construction/architects' law
Proven experience in contract drafting/negotiation, construction-phase advisory and due diligence
Client-facing skills, team orientation, strategic thinking and strong communication
