Join a national real estate team as an Associate (or Senior/Principal Associate) based in the Solent region. The team advises a broad range of clients — developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and funders — on commercial real estate matters and is investing in national growth.

This role will focus on advising corporate occupiers on portfolio expansion, disposals and property management, together with involvement in real estate finance transactions and corporate support. You will primarily support the Solent team while working cross-office with colleagues nationally to gain broad transactional experience.

Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate (Associate to Principal Associate level).
Experience advising occupiers on leasing, portfolio matters and property management; exposure to real estate finance is desirable.
Strong drafting, transactional skills and the ability to manage matters and build client relationships.
Comfortable working collaboratively across offices and contributing to a growing regional team.
