Senior associate-level role within a growing real estate team based in Casablanca, advising Moroccan and international investors, developers, operators and institutions across the full spectrum of real estate work.

Work will include acquisitions and disposals, asset structuring, leasing, construction and development projects, hotel and tourism projects, and real estate financing. You will also provide support on public-projects and construction law matters, including EPC and complex industrial agreements.

The role offers early responsibility on high‑value mandates and regular client contact in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.

Master 2 (or equivalent) in real estate law or business law; CAPA or membership of a foreign bar is a plus
2–4 years' relevant post‑qualification experience in a law firm or in‑house legal team with a focus on real estate
Proven experience on transactions (acquisitions/disposals), leasing, construction projects and real estate finance
Fluent French and English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to manage matters with significant client contact
