International law firm is recruiting an experienced real estate and urban planning associate for its Bogotá office. The role involves advising on a range of transactional and regulatory matters related to real estate and urban development within a cross-border, multidisciplinary team.

You'll work alongside senior practitioners on market-relevant transactions, benefit from structured training and international secondment opportunities, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance practice.

Degree in law with 4–7 years' post-qualification experience in real estate and urban planning.
Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions and land-use/regulatory matters.
High level of English (professional working proficiency).
Proven team player with strong motivation, good communication skills and attention to detail.
