Top-tier international law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join a specialist disputes team in Hannover (also possible in Münster or Nürnberg). The role is offered on a two‑year fixed‑term basis and can be full‑time or part‑time alongside doctoral studies.

From day one you will take responsibility in civil litigation: managing cases in first and second instance, attending court hearings, liaising with courts and parties, and contributing to the strategic handling of complex and multi‑case proceedings.

The team works across offices on matters ranging from single disputes to structured series proceedings and mass actions, with development-focused training and regular team events. Flexible and mobile working is available by agreement.

Completed law degree with solid academic record
Genuine interest in dispute resolution and civil procedure
Comfortable representing matters in court and conducting hearings
Strong communication skills and a careful, reliable working style
Good German language skills
