Join a specialist Regulatory & Investigations team advising on sanctions, financial crime, white-collar crime and related compliance issues for multinational clients across insurance, financial services, energy, shipping and commodities sectors.

The role will involve advising on sanctions risk and compliance frameworks, conducting and managing internal and regulatory investigations, preparing licensing applications and voluntary disclosures, and working with international counsel on cross-border matters. You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients facing complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory exposure and enforcement risk.

  • Qualified solicitor with post‑qualification experience in regulatory investigations, white‑collar crime or sanctions compliance.
  • Proven experience on internal and external investigations involving fraud, bribery, AML or regulatory misconduct.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and international sanctions regimes (UK, EU, US/OFAC) and sanctions compliance frameworks.
  • Experience engaging with regulators and enforcement authorities and drafting submissions/handling information requests.
  • Excellent legal analysis and drafting, commercial awareness and experience working on cross‑border matters with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.
