Associate — Restructuring / Bankruptcy, Paris

Leading Paris practice is hiring an associate to join its Restructuring & Bankruptcy team. The role involves advising lenders, creditors, corporate groups and investors on debt restructurings, workouts and insolvency-related reorganisations across domestic and cross-border matters.

You will work in a collaborative team environment on varied transactional and contentious files, receive structured training and — for junior hires — a mentorship from a more experienced colleague. The team handles both French- and international aspects of restructurings and offers exposure to complex, high‑profile cases.

• Advanced French law degree; complementary qualification (business school, IEP or foreign university) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a law firm via internships and/or collaborations; experience in restructuring/insolvency is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Team‑oriented, autonomous, responsible and client‑focused; willingness to work on cross‑border mandates
