Join a leading international law firm’s Birmingham restructuring team as a Newly Qualified / early-career Associate. You will work on a mix of non-contentious corporate and real estate restructuring matters with exposure to contentious insolvency work and cross-office support on regional and international assignments.

The role offers regular responsibility supporting senior lawyers, opportunity to lead smaller matters, and encouragement to take part in local business development and market-facing activities. The team advises a broad range of stakeholders across sectors including retail, energy and financial services.

Newly Qualified / 0–2 PQE (Birmingham seat-based candidates welcome)
At least one seat in restructuring/insolvency during training or equivalent experience
Strong technical knowledge of non-contentious corporate and insolvency matters
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, commercial awareness and client-service skills
