Associate — Restructuring & Insolvency, Cologne

Join a well‑regarded German law firm’s corporate/M&A team in Cologne to focus on restructuring and insolvency matters. This role is aimed at entry‑level associates who want hands‑on experience on creditor and debtor-side insolvency work, pre‑insolvency restructurings and distressed M&A.

You will work on advising creditors and debtor companies in insolvency and self‑administration proceedings, support pre‑insolvency turnaround measures, assist with acquisitions and disposals of insolvent businesses, and advise management on liability and risk avoidance. The team offers early client contact, interdisciplinary collaboration and structured training to develop your practice.

• Qualified lawyer (Berufsanfänger/entry level) with strong academic results
