Join the restructuring and insolvency team of a leading international law firm in Frankfurt. The team advises on domestic and cross-border restructurings, insolvency-related corporate work and related M&A matters, acting for boards, management and owners in complex mandates.

The role offers early responsibility on high‑profile matters, structured training and development, and regular exposure to international colleagues and workflows. Open to both career starters and candidates with prior experience in restructuring/insolvency.

German legal qualification (two fully passed Staatsexamina)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Interest and/or experience in restructuring, insolvency and related corporate work
Doctorate (Dr.) or LL.M. an advantage but not required
