Apply in confidence →An associate role on a global financial restructuring and insolvency team handling complex bankruptcy litigation. You will work on Chapter 11 contested matters and adversary proceedings, supporting litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation in fast-moving restructuring matters.
The team handles both domestic and cross-border insolvency issues and provides counsel to creditors, debtors and other stakeholders. This position offers exposure to high‑profile matters, close mentorship from senior lawyers, and opportunities to develop litigation, research and drafting skills.
- 1–3 years post-qualification litigation or bankruptcy experience
- Interest in bankruptcy litigation and commercial litigation; courtroom or deposition experience preferred
- Strong legal research, drafting and briefing abilities; attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing tasks under supervision and work collaboratively in a team
