Join a growing insurance coverage team in San Francisco representing insurers in complex commercial and insurance litigation matters involving commercial general liability and excess policies. The role combines coverage analysis, litigation work and client-facing advisory.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing policy rights and obligations, drafting coverage opinions and memoranda, preparing pleadings, discovery and motions, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. You'll be expected to manage matter deadlines, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and take a proactive role in case handling.

Admission to practice in California (other bar admissions considered for seasoned candidates)
Experience in insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation, or commercial litigation with an interest in coverage work
Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Strong organizational, time-management and multi-project prioritization abilities
