Mid-level associate role in a US labor & employment disputes team, focused on high-stakes employment litigation including multijurisdictional class and collective actions and complex individual disputes. The position is open to candidates to be based in one of several US offices, including Chicago, Los Angeles, Palo Alto or San Francisco.

The team advises and defends multinational and domestic employers on a range of employment matters and works closely with cross-border colleagues. The role involves litigation responsibility, drafting and motion practice, fact development and working on multi-office teams in a fast-paced environment.

3–5 years of employment litigation experience, including class/collective or multi-jurisdictional matters
Admission and good standing in the California or Illinois bar
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy and analytical skills (Law Review or equivalent writing credential preferred)
Prior experience at a top-tier law firm in employment litigation preferred; federal clerkship a plus
