Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a midlevel associate to join its global litigation team, focusing on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation and AI matters. The role is based in New York or San Francisco.

The position offers direct client engagement and the opportunity to lead significant projects on high-profile, cross-border matters at the intersection of technology and regulation. The team works across emerging online safety and AI frameworks in both the US and globally.

Candidates should bring a strong academic record, general tech fluency, and excellent analytical and writing skills. The firm maintains a collaborative, genuinely global platform.

3–6 years of experience focusing on tech-related investigations or litigation
Familiarity with US frameworks such as FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging state/federal online safety and AI regulations strongly preferred
Knowledge of relevant global frameworks (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act) preferred
High level of academic achievement
Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects
General tech fluency and impeccable analytical and writing skills
