Apply in confidence →Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks a midlevel associate to join its technology regulatory litigation and investigations practice in New York or San Francisco. The role focuses on content moderation, platform regulation, and AI matters, including regulatory enforcement investigations and related litigation.
- Handle complex investigations and litigation involving technology platforms and emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Advise on US frameworks including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and state/federal online safety and AI regulations, as well as global regimes such as the EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and UK Online Safety Act.
- Engage directly with clients, lead significant projects, and demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills.
Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of experience in tech-based investigations or litigation, strong academic credentials, and general technical fluency. A competitive compensation package includes a full range of benefits, generous parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
- 3–6 years of litigation and/or regulatory enforcement experience, preferably involving technology platforms, content moderation, or AI.
- Familiarity with US tech regulation (FTC, Section 230, online safety, AI) and global frameworks (DSA, AI Act, Online Safety Act).
- High academic achievement; ability to interact with clients and manage significant projects.
- Impeccable analytical and writing skills; general tech fluency.
