The role is open to candidates to be placed in US offices, with particular need for coverage in New York or San Francisco.
The successful candidate will work on investigations and litigation involving content moderation, platform regulation and AI governance, and will collaborate with global teams on parallel international frameworks. The position requires direct client engagement, project leadership on significant matters, and strong analytical and written advocacy skills.
- 3-6 years post-qualification litigation, investigations, or regulatory enforcement experience focused on technology platforms or AI-related issues
- Familiarity with US enforcement frameworks (e.g., FTC matters, Section 230) and emerging state/federal online safety and AI regulation; exposure to EU/UK digital services or AI rules preferred
- Proven litigation or investigative drafting and analysis skills, with ability to manage significant workstreams and engage directly with clients
- High academic achievement and demonstrated tech fluency; active bar membership in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
