We are seeking a mid-level antitrust associate with 4–6 years of experience to join a dynamic Antitrust & Competition practice. The role involves both litigation and transactional antitrust work, offering significant responsibility and client exposure.

The successful candidate will handle substantive antitrust counseling in merger contexts, HSR analysis and filings, and management of second requests. Litigation and trial experience is essential, and the role will involve working closely with clients on high-stakes competition matters.
