Apply in confidence →We are seeking a midlevel associate to join our global litigation team, focusing on regulatory enforcement investigations and litigation involving content moderation, platform regulation, and artificial intelligence matters. This role is available in our New York or San Francisco offices.
Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience handling tech-focused investigations or litigation. Familiarity with US frameworks—including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging state/federal online safety and AI regulations—is highly preferred, along with relevant global frameworks (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act).
Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of academic achievement, the ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects, general tech fluency, and impeccable analytical and writing skills.
- 3-6 years of litigation and/or regulatory enforcement experience in technology-related matters
- Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks, including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging online safety and AI regulations
- Knowledge of global frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and UK Online Safety Act
- Strong academic record, client engagement skills, and project leadership ability
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
