Apply in confidence →Seeking a mid‑level litigation associate to join a national technology regulatory team focused on enforcement investigations and litigation involving platform regulation, content moderation and artificial intelligence. The role will work on cross‑border matters and regulatory efforts tied to emerging U.S. and international AI and online‑safety frameworks.
Teams are based in multiple U.S. offices; hybrid work options and relocation support may be available. The group advises clients on government enforcement, complex litigation strategy and policy‑level regulatory risk.

- 3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in litigation or regulatory investigations, preferably involving tech platforms, content moderation or AI
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks (e.g., FTC enforcement, Section 230, emerging state/federal online‑safety and AI rules) and relevant international regimes (e.g., EU DSA/AI Act, UK Online Safety Act)
- Proven analytical and drafting skills with experience managing significant projects and engaging directly with clients
- Strong technical literacy and academic record
