An established global law firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its litigation and regulatory enforcement team, focusing on content moderation, platform regulation, and AI-related matters. The role is open in the firm's New York or San Francisco office, with flexibility across a multi-office national platform.

The position centers on tech-based investigations and litigation, including regulatory enforcement matters. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients, lead significant projects, and maintain a strong level of analytical rigor and legal writing.

Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks—such as FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging state and federal online safety and AI regulations—is highly preferred, along with relevant global frameworks including the EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, and UK Online Safety Act.

3–6 years of experience focused on technology-based investigations or litigation
Background in litigation and/or regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation, or AI matters
Familiarity with US frameworks including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and state/federal online safety and AI regulations (preferred)
Knowledge of global frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, or UK Online Safety Act (preferred)
High level of academic achievement, general tech fluency, and impeccable analytical and writing skills
Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects
