Associate — Restructuring, New York

Mid-level associate opportunity in a major New York restructuring practice. The role focuses on transactional restructuring matters, including out-of-court restructurings, special situations, debt-finance solutions and related capital-structure work.

The team advises on complex creditor/debtor arrangements and alternative capital solutions across industries, working on high‑profile, cross-border and domestic matters. The group seeks a collaborative, commercial lawyer able to manage deal execution and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–4 years of relevant transactional restructuring experience (including out-of-court restructurings, debt finance and special situations)
• Admission to practice in New York required
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a deal team on time-sensitive matters
