Top-tier restructuring team in New York seeks a finance associate (law school class years 2019–2023) to join its Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice. The role focuses on special situations financings and capital structure work across chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Successful candidates will work on liability management transactions, DIP financings and bankruptcy exit financings, representing financial institutions such as hedge funds, CLOs and private equity sponsors. The position offers exposure to high-profile, market-leading matters and collaborative deal teams.

Law school class years 2019–2023
Experience representing creditors or borrowers on liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, or special situations financings
Familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings
Strong academic record and transactional/restructuring-focused drafting and deal experience
