Top-tier restructuring team in San Francisco seeks a finance associate (law school class years 2019–2023) to join its Business Restructuring & Reorganization practice. The role focuses on creditor- and borrower-side work across liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, bankruptcy exit financings and other special-situations financings.

Successful candidates will work on high-profile, capital-structure matters for financial institutions and alternative investors, including representations in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. The position offers substantial exposure to complex financing and restructuring work alongside senior deal teams.

Law school class years 2019–2023
Prior experience representing creditors or borrowers on liability management, DIP financings, exit financings or special-situations financings
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage deal execution under tight timelines
Excellent academic record and strong teamwork/client communication skills
