The role centers on liability management, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, and other distressed-asset transactions.
Successful candidates will work on matters involving chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, representing creditors and borrowers, including financial institutions and alternative capital providers. The position offers exposure to high-profile, capital-structure representations across the distressed-debt market.
- JD from an accredited law school; admitted or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Law school class years 2019–2023 (recent associates).
- Experience representing creditors or borrowers on liability-management, DIP, and bankruptcy exit financings.
- Familiarity with chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed-debt transactions; experience with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, or other financial institutions preferred.
