Top-tier litigation team in Austin is seeking a litigation associate with securities and M&A litigation experience. The group handles complex securities class actions, derivative suits, M&A-related disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and professional-liability work across federal and state courts.

The role will involve drafting motions and pleadings, conducting factual and legal research, managing discovery, and supporting trial and appellate work. You will work on high‑stakes matters alongside experienced trial lawyers and former government officials, with exposure to both defense-side securities litigation and transactional dispute litigation.

Minimum of 2 years litigation experience with a focus on securities and/or M&A litigation
Solid litigation drafting and motion practice experience (motions to dismiss, dispositive briefs)

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; team-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
