Associate — Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, Washington, D.C.

Top-tier Washington, D.C. team seeks a Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance associate to join its SRCG practice. The role focuses on advising public companies on securities law, Exchange Act disclosure and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with the D.C.-based SRCG attorneys on regulatory counseling and disclosure projects. This is an on-site/office-based role in Washington, D.C.

• Law school graduation in the 2020–2022 class years
• Experience advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance
• Familiarity with Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards
• Strong academic record and excellent writing and research skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a specialist SRCG team in Washington, D.C.
