Associate — Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, Washington

Leading international firm seeks an associate to join its Washington-based securities regulation and corporate governance team. The role focuses on advising public companies on Exchange Act disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will work primarily with the D.C.-based securities and corporate governance group on regulatory and governance matters, drafting disclosure, and providing practical guidance to issuers.

• Law school graduation in the class years 2020–2022
• Experience advising public companies on securities regulation, Exchange Act disclosure, and corporate governance
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing and research skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
