Top-tier global finance group in New York is seeking an associate with solid securitization and structured finance experience to join the asset‑backed finance team. The role focuses on public and private offerings of asset‑backed securities and a range of structured finance transactions.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders, and supporting deal execution across ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other asset classes. Candidates should be able to work independently on transaction documentation and collaborate with cross‑border teams as needed.

Candidates must be admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar.

Minimum 2 years' experience in asset‑backed securitizations and structured finance transactions
Experience with drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for public and private ABS and structured financings
Familiarity with a range of asset classes (e.g., ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and related products)
Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar; strong academic and writing skills
