Join a large international banking team in London advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of corporate lending matters, including investment-grade syndicated facilities, secured domestic and cross‑border term and revolving facilities, acquisition financings and leveraged financings. The role sits within a practice that also covers real estate finance and fund finance, with frequent cross‑border work and collaboration across UK offices and a global network.

The team offers structured training, accessible precedents and know‑how resources, and active support for business development. The role is hybrid (minimum three days in the office per week) and provides opportunities to work on complex club and syndicated transactions and to develop client‑facing skills.

4–8 years' post‑qualification experience in an international law firm in corporate/transactional banking.
Proven track record running finance transactions including club and syndicated deals and leveraged financings.
Strong knowledge of LMA‑style documentation (facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements) and cashflow‑based financial covenants.
Solid technical skills in UK company law, English contract, insolvency and security law applicable to transactional banking.
Effective communicator, team player, and proactive in business development; comfortable adopting legal tech/AI tools to improve efficiency.
