Join a top-tier Banking & Finance team in Melbourne working on debt capital markets, fund finance and derivatives matters. You will support complex securities and structured transactions and work across the firm’s offices with senior lawyers on market-leading deals.

This is a full-time, permanent role operating with a hybrid working pattern. You will draft and negotiate transaction documentation, advise on regulatory developments affecting financings and funds, and contribute across general banking and acquisition/leveraged finance matters.

Experience in debt capital markets, fund finance or derivatives practices (including securities or structured products)
Ability to draft and negotiate finance and derivatives documentation and manage competing priorities on live transactions
Experience working with partners and senior lawyers and providing client-facing support
Qualified in Australia, New Zealand, UK, US or other comparable jurisdictions or trained at a leading offshore firm
