Leading Banking & Finance team in Melbourne is seeking a Solicitor (2-3 PQE) and an experienced Senior Associate to join a busy, market-leading practice. You will work on a broad range of financing matters including acquisition finance, project and infrastructure finance, corporate and property lending, and complex cross-border transactions.

The role offers early responsibility: running matters, direct client engagement, leading negotiations, managing workstreams on major transactions and mentoring junior lawyers. You will be supported by an established national team and exposed to sophisticated, varied work alongside recognised market practitioners.

2-3 years PQE (Solicitor) or equivalent experience for Senior Associate hires
Demonstrable experience in lending, project finance and cross-border financing transactions
Strong drafting, analytical, communication and client relationship skills
Ability to manage competing priorities on complex, fast-paced matters and willingness to adopt new legal technologies
