Associate / Senior Associate, Catastrophic Injury Litigation — Bristol

Experienced defendant-side personal injury lawyer sought for a catastrophic injury team based in Bristol. The role involves managing complex, high-value employer's liability, public liability and motor claims on a hybrid basis.

You will join a market-leading serious and catastrophic injury practice that handles cross-border quantum issues and works closely with major insurers and corporate clients. The team emphasises pragmatic, modern solutions and uses technology and process innovation to deliver client-focused outcomes.

• Minimum c.5 years' relevant PQE in defendant personal injury / catastrophic injury work
• Proven experience handling employer's liability, public liability and motor claims on behalf of defendants
• Comfortable managing large/complex matters as part of a team
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client-facing skills
