Join a busy London commercial real estate team advising on the full spectrum of commercial property matters. The role offers exposure to high‑quality London work across acquisitions, disposals, lettings, asset management, site assembly and mixed‑use projects.

There is a strong real estate finance element, with opportunities to work on transactions that combine property expertise with funding and security structures. You will support senior lawyers on significant matters, manage aspects of transactions, and build client relationships within a collaborative, commercially focused team.

5–6 years PQE in UK commercial real estate practice.
Experience across sales, acquisitions, landlord & tenant matters, due diligence and reporting, ideally from a national or regional firm.
Exposure to real estate finance and an understanding of funding/security arrangements.
Strong technical skills, commercial judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to manage transactions, supervise junior colleagues and work to client protocols.
Good client‑facing skills and experience in business development or client relationship activities.
