Join a national Commercial Technology team at a leading international law firm to advise on a broad range of technology matters, from traditional IT and outsourcing arrangements to contracts for emerging technologies such as AI and cloud services. The role offers exposure to both supplier and customer-side work and opportunities to support corporate transactions where technology is a key element.

You will work closely with colleagues across related practice areas (IP, privacy, regulatory and strategic contracts) and with teams advising financial services clients on technology projects and the regulatory issues that arise from technology deployment. The role includes client-facing work, project management and involvement in business development and training activities.

Qualified solicitor with strong commercial technology experience, particularly IT and outsourcing contracts
3–7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Practical knowledge of technology issues related to AI, cloud and other emerging tech; interest in AI preferred
Experience advising on technology-related regulatory issues, ideally including work for financial services clients
Strong drafting, analytical and client-relationship skills; at Senior Associate level, demonstrable coaching or supervisory experience
