Experienced commercial litigation team seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join its construction disputes group in Melbourne. The role covers domestic and international construction and engineering disputes, including arbitration and court proceedings, and involves advising on strategy, regulatory issues and multi-party project claims.

You will support and lead parts of complex matters: drafting pleadings and trial documents, coordinating external counsel and experts, managing disclosure and evidence, and guiding clients through regulatory investigations. The team values clear client communication, commercial judgment and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

Australian-qualified lawyer with 2–6 years PQE in construction disputes or construction litigation
Experience with complex multi-party construction matters and familiarity with arbitration and court proceedings
Strong litigation drafting and evidence-management skills; experience coordinating experts and external counsel
Good commercial judgment, client focus, resilience and ability to work under pressure
